Tullamore community event - 6 April 2025

Jo and I went across to Tullamore as part of our Reconnections Tour program funded by FRRR. These events are aimed to bring the community together over some great food and just sit back, relax and have a good old-fashioned yarn with someone you haven't seen in a while of you have just met. The power of being together and connectedness was in full effect. The atmosphere was magical. The kids were having a blast, the adults were in full voice, and everyone was soaking in the fun, excitement and the richness of what the atmosphere had to offer. It truly was one of the best events we have ever been a part of, since we started TIS. There were some great people that went to great lengths in organising and pulling things together for us, our very good friends Mark Horsburgh and Juanita Horsburgh. We cannot thank you both and your family enough for your hard work in helping to create an incredible and unforgettable event. Thank you also for organising some accommodation for us and a lovely Brekky. We are grateful for your support, love and generosity. We will be definitely coming back.
